Follow the A39 from Barnstaple to Lynton. 1 mile before Lynton you will pass through Barbrook. At the Barbrook garage, filter right direction Lynton. ½ mile further the road forks left to Lynton and right to Lynmouth. Follow road to the right to Lynmouth then follow down the hill to the sign Lynbridge.You will see the Bridge Inn (Pub) on the right. Directly opposite you will see the sign to Pine Lodge situated up a short drive with the private parking at the top of the drive next to the house.
